Code of Ethics

ARTIEM’s purpose is to “inspire people to be happy” and one of the keys to making this a reality is building solid relationships of trust between all the people and entities with whom we interact. For this reason, we are taking a further step in formalising the commitments and responsibilities that underpin these relationships, by drafting and publishing our Code of Ethics, while implementing whistle-blowing channels.

These reporting channels comply with the provisions of Spanish Law 2/2023, dated 20 February 2023, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption. This thereby guarantees whistle-blowers’ total confidentiality, ensuring that those who act in good faith have no fear of reprisals.
