At Red Turística Menorquina, S.L. with N.I.F. B07041825 (hereinafter, ‘Artiem Hotels’ or ‘Artiem’) we are especially interested in the security and confidentiality of the private information provided by users of our website.

Therefore, the personal data provided by the user will be processed only by Artiem, in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) and the Organic Law on Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights.

1. Who is responsible for the processing of your data?

This privacy policy applies to all personal data that the interested party provides to Artiem Hotels, as well as to any natural person interested in the activities and services that we offer through our website and through any other means of communication. The aim of the Privacy Policy is to give transparency to the information on how we treat your personal data in compliance with current legislation on data protection.

2. For what purpose do we process your personal data?

The purpose of the processing is specified below:

- Management of reservations made by users in any of the Artiem hotels, both through the website and by telephone, email or any other means that we make available, in accordance with article 6.1 b) of the RGPD.

- Management of the contracting of services through the Gifts section of the website, in accordance with article 6.1 b) of the RGPD.

- Management of the different queries raised by the client or potential client through our Online Support service, in accordance with article 6.1 b) of the RGPD.

- Responding to the different queries raised by the user through our Contact Form, in accordance with article 6.1 a) of the RGPD.

- Receipt of applications for the different offers that we publish through the section Work at Artiem in accordance with article 6.1 a) of the RGPD.

- Sending commercial communications, promotions and offers with the user's explicit consent, which will be required in each of the forms on the website, in accordance with article 6.1 a) of the RGPD.

- Administrative and accounting management of suppliers. We process contact details of suppliers, potential suppliers and contact persons linked to Artiem Hotels for commercial, business or marketing purposes, in accordance with article 6.1.f) of the RGPD.

Artiem Hotels has a Register of Processing Activities which details each of the processing operations carried out as the data controller.

In the event, duly justified, that you require further details regarding the Register of Processing Activities, you can contact Artiem Hotels through any of the identified channels.

3. How long do we keep your personal data?

In each treatment the data will be kept during the maintenance of the established relationships and, subsequently, during the applicable legal periods and the time necessary to comply with the purpose for which they were collected and to determine the possible responsibilities that may arise from that purpose and the processing of the data.

In the case of processing of job applicants, personal data shall be retained for a period of one year, unless erasure is requested earlier.

Where processing is based on consent, data will be retained until the consent is revoked or a request for deletion of the data is made.  Only the data necessary for each processing operation are requested, and therefore failure to provide them will mean that we will not be able to provide the services requested or maintain the relations established.

4. What are the rights of data subjects?

We inform you that you may exercise the following rights:

- Right of access to your personal data to find out which personal data is being processed;

- The right to rectify any inaccurate personal data;

- Right to erasure of your personal data, where this is possible;

- The right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data where the accuracy, lawfulness or necessity of the data processing is in doubt, in which case we may retain the data for the exercise or defence of claims.

- The right to the portability of your data, when the legal basis that enables us to process the indicated data is your consent.

- The right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing of your data which produce legal effects or similarly affect you, unless such a decision is necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract, is authorised by law or is based on your consent.

Said rights may be exercised free of charge by the interested party, or whoever represents them, by means of a written request addressed to [email protected], or by means of a written communication with acknowledgement of receipt to: Red Turística Menorquina, S.L. In addition to the aforementioned rights, the interested party shall have the right to withdraw the consent granted at any time without such withdrawal of consent affecting the lawfulness of the processing prior to the withdrawal of consent. Artiem Hotels may continue to process the data subject's data to the extent permitted by applicable law.

The data subject is reminded that he/she may contact the Spanish Data Protection Agency www.agpd.es if he/she does not agree with the attention received with respect to his/her rights.

5.       Sharing of data

We may share your data with third party service providers who process data on behalf of Artiem Hotels with whom we have established the conditions and requirements for using personal data in a contract. You are also informed that your data will be transferred to the State Forces and Corps in accordance with Law 1/1992, as amended by Organic Law 4/2015, of 30 March, on the Protection of Public Safety and to all those public bodies that are legally obliged to do so and within the limits established by law. You should know that for the sending of commercial communications we collaborate with the company HubSpot, Inc, which is based in the U.S. Based on article 49.1 a ) of the RGPD.

6. What security measures have we implemented?

Artiem Hotels is committed to fulfilling its obligation of secrecy of personal data and its duty to protect them, and take the necessary measures to prevent alteration, loss, or unauthorized access, in accordance with the provisions of applicable regulations.

Artiem Hotels has implemented the necessary technical and organisational security measures to guarantee the security of your personal data and to avoid its alteration, loss and unauthorised processing and/or access, taking into account the state of technology, the nature of the data stored and the risks to which they are exposed, whether from human action or from the physical or natural environment, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable regulations.

8.       Modification of the Privacy Policy

Artiem Hotels may modify its Privacy Policy in accordance with the legislation applicable at any given time. In any case, any modification of the Privacy Policy will be duly notified to the affected party so that they are informed of the changes made in the processing of their personal data and, in the event that the applicable regulations so require, the affected party may give their consent.
